We stand behind the durability and workmansshipof our products, and we are pleased to offer a 1-year warranty on allour jewellery items from the date of purchase, excluding items from our LASTCHANCE collection.
1. Warranty Coverage
1.1. This warranty covers any defects in our materialsand/or workmanship.
1.2. Our warranty shall not cover damages caused byaccident, improper use, or normal wear and tear.
1.3. Examples of events NOT covered include but are notlimited to:
a. loss ortheft: while unfortunate, these are external events not related toproduct quality.
b. dents, nicks, andscratches considered inevitable and not classified as defects.
c. discolouration due toexposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, makeup, chlorine, hot tubs, orbathing.
d. damage caused byimproper cleaning or repair: using harsh cleaning methods or gettingrepairs done by unauthorised personnel can void the warranty.
e. cosmeticissues: Slight variations in colour, texture, or stone size thatdon't affect functionality are not considered defects.
f. stones may haveinclusions or minor imperfections that are part of their natural beauty and notdefects.
g. irregularities andvariations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics in gemstones areinherent and contribute to the unique character of each piece. Thesecharacteristics should not be considered defects.
h. alterations made tothe jewellery after purchase are not covered.
i. personalisationpreferences, such as wording, style, font, placement ordesign elements of engravings, are not covered under warranty.
j. lost stones or stonesfalling out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.Exceptions are made only for claims made within 30 days of receipt.
k. broken chains due tomisuse or mishandling are not covered under warranty. Exceptions are made onlyfor chains that arrive broken or break within 14 days of receipt.
2. How to Claim Warranty
2.1. If you believe your psyndrome jewellery has amanufacturing defect covered by our warranty, please follow email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following details to initiateyour claim:
a. order number;
b. description of theissue you're experiencing; and
c. clear photosproviding evidence of the alleged defect.
2.2. Once we receive your email, our team will reviewyour claim within 2-3 business days.
2.3. Verification of your claim may require return ofthe item for inspection. You will be responsible for the associated shippingcosts.
2.4. We handle each warranty claim on a case-by-casebasis. If we determine that the damage is covered by our warranty, we willrepair the item or replace it. If the item is no longer available, we may offerstore credit or a replacement of equivalent value.
3. Terms and Conditions
3.1. Proof of purchase is required.
3.2. The date of receipt shall be based on the couriertracking number record.
3.3. Jewellery must be carefully packed and secured inbubble wrap for return shipments.
3.4. Psyndrome is not responsible for replacingpackaging boxes damaged during return shipping. Customers can request areplacement box and paper bag set for a fee, if needed.
3.5. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associatedwith repairs or exchanges, alternatively, drop-offs are accepted at our officeat E-07-23, Level 7, Block E, Sunway Geo Avenue, Jalan Lagoon Selatan, SunwaySouth Quay, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor
